Field Services Division

L.S. Grim Consulting Engineers has recently opened a Field Services Division. The Field Services Division will provide quality control inspection and construction management for private and public clients. This service will also provide supervision on the projects, review of mechanical, electrical and plumbing issues, and assisting the contractor in coordination so that the projects run smoothly. The owner receives good benefit for their construction dollar, in that any problems that occur are taken care of early and in the field before they become an issue after the fact.

Nathan P. Semler

Manager, Field Services Division

RETS Technical Training Center, Baltimore, MD, 1994
Architectural and Electro-Mechanical Engineering Drafting with CADD

Nathan has been with L.S Grim for ten years and has a deep background in design. He worked in our design department providing mechanical, electrical and plumbing system designs for various projects. Nathan comes from a construction background and has very good rapport with contractors. He is a great asset to us and our clients. Nathan will be handling quality control issues and assisting the contractor in resolving RFI’s quickly and efficiently in the field. Once projects have been designed and bid and shop drawings have been approved, Nathan will handle the day-to-day RFI’s and field inspections for our various projects.
